It may look like you have everything under control — work, family, responsibilities, expectations. You function. You are reliable. You hold things together. And yet there is a quiet exhaustion that sleep alone cannot resolve. Your mind rarely slows down, your body stays tense, and you keep going even when something inside you longs to soften. You might not call it trauma, but you can feel that something isn’t quite right. A subtle disconnection from your body, your needs, your inner wisdom. You miss truly feeling. You miss a full exhale. You miss yourself.

A little about me

I didn’t come to this work because everything in my life was falling apart — on the outside, things seemed fine. I was functioning, showing up, managing responsibilities and doing what needed to be done. But inside, I felt disconnected from myself. Through breathwork and body-based practices, I experienced what it truly feels like to reconnect with myself, and that changed something in me. Today, I hold space for others in that same gentle, nervous-system-aware way.

What led me here

The turning point in my life came through loss. My father had become ill, and I witnessed a long and difficult decline that changed me deeply. Watching someone you love slowly fade leaves an indescribable imprint. It was the first time I had experienced that kind of grief, and it revealed something inside of me I didn’t yet know how to hold.

Not long after, I joined my first breathwork session online. What happened wasn’t subtle. It was cathartic — something in me broke open. For the first time, I wasn’t just coping or staying strong. I was feeling. And afterward, I knew this was what I had been searching for.

That experience didn’t just help me process my grief — it showed me a different way of being with pain. I began training so I could learn how to hold space for others in that same way.

You are never pushed. You are never forced. Your pace is yours. Over time you may notice that you respond instead of react, allow yourself rest without guilt, feel more present, trust your body again, and can truly exhale.
